Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Combine milk and sour cream in another bowl; gradually mix into the butter mixture alternately with dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in melted white chocolate until well blended.
