  • 4 sub rolls or hoagie buns
  • ¼ lb turkey slices
  • ¼ lb chicken breast
  • ¼ lb turkey pepperoni or capicola
  • ¼ lb roast beef (optional)
  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup banana peppers or pepperoncini, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice sub rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. Layer turkey slices, chicken, turkey pepperoni, and optional roast beef in the sub rolls. Add cheese, banana peppers, and red onion.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush this mixture on top of the rolls and drizzle Italian dressing inside each sandwich.
