300 g boneless white fish (cut into cubes)
1 tsp vinegar
1–2 tsp peri peri seasoning
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
Marinate the fish by mixing vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add cubed fish and coat well.
In one bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with all-purpose flour and dried parsley. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
Coat each piece of marinated fish in the egg mixture first, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture and set aside.
Choose your cooking method: Deep fry until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side), air fry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, or bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
