  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
  3. Add the remaining donut ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Spray the donut pan with nonstick spray and fill each cavity three-quarters full.
  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the icing, melt together coconut butter, almond milk, and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Allow donuts to cool slightly before dipping into the icing.
