Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another, beat the eggs until frothy; add melted butter, water, and milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  2. Divide batter into greased baking pans and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. For the filling, heat milk with sugar until simmering. Whisk flour and eggs in a separate bowl; slowly add to warm milk while stirring until thickened.
