  • 1 ¾ cups whole white mushrooms
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (cubed)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp dry ground oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tbsp fresh chopped parsley
