  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the shrimp until pink. Stir in crab meat and frozen vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Gradually add seafood stock and heavy cream while stirring continuously until simmering.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper; mix well.
