  • ½ cup lightly packed brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 23 large apples (peeled and diced)

  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
  5. Add melted coconut oil and combine thoroughly.
  6. Layer diced apples at the bottom of the prepared dish, then pour the oatmeal mixture over them.
